EyeGuide at a Glance
When used in conjunction with ConfTool Pro, eyeGuide (DE) provides attendees of congresses and conferences with a standalone mobile application that grants access to all relevant event information. The app is provided by Eyeled GmbH. It presents the entire program in a structured and clear format and guides attendees before, during, and after the event.
eyeGuide is customized separately by Eyeled GmbH for each conference and therefore appears in the user interface of the respective event, aligning with the corporate design and content requirements. The app allows users to view the full program, access speaker profiles, read abstracts, and create a personal schedule. In addition, exhibitor directories, hall and venue maps, and other event-related information are available digitally.
Thanks to an interface between eyeGuide and ConfTool Pro, event data only needs to be maintained once; additional information can be transmitted as needed.

eyeGuide Features

eyeGuide is the structured base solution for congress and conference apps. It covers all core requirements and can be expanded with additional interaction modules as needed.

You can make your congress and conference app available to your attendees for free via Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Organizers receive a standalone app solution that is fully integrated into their event’s user interface. The setup of eyeGuide is provided under standard industry terms for comparable solutions.
