VSIS ConfTool and ConfTool Pro have been successfully used for far over 5,000 academic and non-academic events and for different other purposes. You can find a list of reference conferences. Just select a year in the navigation column on the left-hand side. The size of events ranges from a few dozen to several thousand submissions and/or participants.

If you want to use our software, please contact us. We provide free licenses of the standard version VSIS ConfTool (without support) for smaller non-commercial events with solely non-professional organizers. For other organizers and larger events, we offer ConfTool Pro. It is more flexible, contains many more features and is provided as hosted service on our servers with technical support during the configuration and use of the system.

Reference Customers

Our customers range from small organizations, research institutes and companies over organizations such as the European Finance Association, the European Space Agency and the World Bank Group to well-known institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Purdue University, Harvard Medical School and Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg.
