You might want to prolong deadlines for submissions of contributions.

You can change deadlines at any time, also after they have already passed. This has no influence on the already submitted contributions!

Please note that you can also deactivate the automatic display of deadlines and the "time left".
This is to be done separately for each track.

Please follow:
Overview => Settings => Manage Submission Types / Conference Tracks

Select a track, then click "Edit" (or double-click on it to edit it).
   
The corresponding option is found at "Alternative deadlines of this type/track"
"Show deadlines?" => Select "No" here and save your updates.

When the submission deadline has been expired and you do not want to reopen the submission phase again, but add a few individual papers you can carry out the submission procedure for the corresponding user as administrator or chair.

Please go to:
Overview => User and Participant Management => List of All Users
Click on the entry of the respective user
The field "Actions" offers the button "New paper". Now you access the page to create a new submission for this user:
Overview > Your Submissions > Create new submission

Enter the new submission for the respective user here.

If the user does not hold a user account yet, please ask him to create an account first or create an account for the person using the "New User" option on the overview screen.
