FENICE – Fragile Elderly and eNergy in Italian Consumption Empirics is a project funded by the European Union – NextGeneration EU / MUR / ItaliaDomani as part of the extended partnership Age-It, within Spoke 6 Silver economy. Work, participation, retirement and welfare. The project is carried out at Parthenope University of Naples (coordinator: Prof. Alessandro Sapio). Its goal to assess how vulnerabilities affect the well-being of the elderly, in terms of energy poverty, as well as their ability to contribute to societal welfare along the ecological transition. The project moreover seeks to explore possible long-term determinants of the fragilities that hinder the well-being of the elderly, rooted in education underinvestment, disruption of relational networks, and inefficient age management by employers. This session aims to disseminate preliminary results from the project and to collect feedbacks that will be useful to improve and finalize the analysis. | ||
