Submission Fee Payment Terms

For the payment of the submission fee at the Annual Meeting of the Swiss Society for Financial Market Research the following terms apply:

• The purchase of the submission fee is non-refundable.
• Acceptance of your submissions is not guaranteed.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.

Participant Registration Terms

For participant registration at the Annual Meeting of the Swiss Society for Financial Market Research the following terms apply:

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel your registration, the following terms apply:
  
  • Until January 31, 2023 the full amount will be refunded.
  • From February 1, 2023 to February 28, 2023 50% will be refunded.
  • From March 1, 2023 your financial responsibilities remain fully effective.
• The participation fee is owed upon registration and is due immediately.
• Your registration is not complete until the full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organizers. In that case, the organizers will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
