Throughout the workshop, participants will be encouraged to recognise that digital transformation is not only about adopting technologies—it is about reshaping cultures, roles, and relationships. Effective digital leaders help colleagues navigate uncertainty, advocate for inclusivity, and create conditions where innovation can flourish. The discovery tool supports leaders in helping others make the changes in themselves and the organisations they work for. Requirements: Participants should bring a mobile device or laptop to engage with the DIscovery tool during this workhop. | ||
