We present work within a Computational Literary Studies project studying 19th-century poetry in Galician. Computational resources for minority literatures tend to be underdeveloped, and we are helping address this gap for the language. We created automatic metrical scansion tools using symbolic and neural approaches, and encoded an initial TEI corpus (ca.~35,000 lines). We present these and first descriptive findings. An overall goal is exchanging with the community about corpus and computational development in a low-resource setting.
