Cancellation and Refund Policy
By completing your registration, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and substitutions. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. The conference program may be subject to changes.
1. Refund Deadlines
- Full Refund: Cancellations submitted in writing by 07.04 will be fully refunded, less a 5€ processing fee.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations submitted between 08.04 and 03.05 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued after 04.05. This includes "no-shows" or partial attendance.
2. Social Dinner
Due to final catering commitments, Social Dinner tickets are non-refundable after 07.04. However, dinner tickets are fully transferable to another registered conference participant.
3. Substitutions & Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional charge. Substitution requests must be sent to annual.event@dariah.eu no later than 21.05.2026.
4. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation
In the event that the conference is cancelled, postponed, or relocated due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure)—including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, or public health emergencies—the organizers will provide a full refund of registration fees.
Note: The organizers are not responsible for any personal travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by participants.
5. How to Cancel
All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing via email to annual.event@dariah.eu. The date of the email timestamp will serve as the official date of notice for refund purposes (All deadlines are 11:59 PM CEST).
