Does ConfTool Pro offer an option to conduct surveys on sessions, presentations, or on the conference in general?

Such an option does not exist yet, but you can send a bulk e-mail to your participants and include a link to an external online survey tool.
Below you can find several corresponding online survey tools.

Google Forms
Google Forms is easy to use with a large range of functions and free of charge.
It works seamlessly with Google Docs and Google Sheets. Forms are automatically saved on Google Docs.

Crowdsignal is an online survey platform. The tool was developed by the company behind the WordPress hosting service You can create surveys with an easy-to-use editor. The results can be exported to various file formats.
It is available as a free, a Pro ($17 or $29/month) and a Corporate ($75 or $99/month) version.

LimeSurvey is an open source survey tool. You can either opt for a self-hosted Community Edition, which is free of charge but must be installed local, or the hosted service LimeSurvey Professional, which comes in different editions: A free version with very limited functionality as well as a Basic (€29/month), Expert (€349/year) and Enterprise (€849/year) package.

Surveygizmo is easy to use and includes a complete set of design tools. You can visualize your data and create mobile-friendly surveys.
You can choose between 3 plans: Collaborator Plan (€240/year ), Professional Plan (€840/year), Full Access Plan (€1440/year).

If you are located in Europe and your organization has strict rules with regard to data protection, then LamPoll offers online surveys that are compiliant with GDPR requirements.
Starting from €49/month you can conduct multilingual surveys for up to 500 participants per survey. With the Gold (€99/month) and Platinum (€199/month)  plans, the performance is considerably enhanced. The Enterprise plan (€499/month) allows surveys for up to 25,000 participants.

soSci Survey
SoSci Survey is another German company. They offer a barrier-free online survey solution that is compliant with GDPR requirements and German data protection laws.
SoSci Survey is available free of charge for non-commercial surveys from the fields of science and academia – for up to 5,000 participants. Furthermore, you can choose between 9 plans starting from €49/month up to €699/year.

Another well-known online survey solution is SurveyMonkey. It offers a wide range of functions and can be used for professional applications.
The functionality of the free version is very limited. There are three individual plans available: The Standard (€39/month), Advantage (€36/month) and the Premier plan (€99/month). SurveyMonkey declares GDPR compliance, although their data centers are not (yet) in the EU.

VoxVote is a mobile voting tool that allows you to interact live with your audience.
You can create questions, ask your audience to vote and discuss the live chart results.
The starter pack is free. The regular version with all features unlocked starts from €109.
There is no monthly fee, but you pay for each event you hold by obtaining credits.
