Please check the following settings:
- Did you enable the corresponding phase in “phases and deadlines” called “Results of the reviewing procedures are accessible to authors”?
Overview => Settings => Main Setting for Paper Reviewing - Please check if you set an alternative publication date for any of the conference tracks / contribution types.
Overview => Settings => Conference Phases and Deadlines
Overview => Settings => Manage Submission Types / Conference Tracks - Please note that authors can only access the results if a decision has been made, i.e., the acceptance status is not “on hold” any more.
Overview => Submissions & Reviews => Results of the Reviewing Procedure & Decision About Acceptance - Please double check if the review results are enabled for the corresponding acceptance statuses (it is by default for all statuses, but not “on hold”).
Please go to:
Overview => Settings => Manage Acceptance Status
and check the setting for the option “Show Results”.
Please note that you can also display the results for the status “On Hold” if required.
- Please verify if the review results are enabled for the corresponding tracks / contribution types.
Please go to:
Overview => Settings => Manage Submission Types / Conference Track
and check the setting for the option "Review Results" under "Further Settings". Enabled is default.
