To address this, we adapted an existing, robust mHealth platform into a new digital pathway, PrEP EmERGE. This paper describes the technical implementation, security architecture, core functionalities, and usage data of the PrEP EmERGE platform. Leveraging the original's modular architecture, the system was efficiently repurposed to support the specific needs of HIV-PrEP users and clinicians. The platform provides users with secure access to test results, appointment details, and educational resources, integrating with clinical information systems. Usage data from its deployment demonstrates successful adoption by both the clinic and users. This technical solution provides a secure, robust, and scalable pathway for PrEP management, whose usability and acceptability have been validated in independent studies
