This paper presents the technical architecture, implementation, and interoperability evaluation of appATB®, an mHealth platform designed to natively connect with hospital information systems. The main objective is to standardize and automate the flow of clinical and microbiological data to support Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs. The platform's modular architecture, use of communication standards like HL7, and its ability to adapt to different IT environments are detailed. The results of its implementation in three Spanish hospitals demonstrate that the platform achieves efficient and reliable data integration, overcoming the challenge of heterogeneity in laboratory information systems and laying the groundwork for a scalable and robust tool
