The objective of this workshop is to give attendees a hands-on demonstration for monitoring OpenLDAP infrastructure. The infrastructure includes:

1. Grafana Dashboard

2. Promethetheus Time Series Database

3. Telegraf for collecting statistics

4. Other misc tools including programs and scripts to massage the log data into collectible data.

The idea here is to provide a starting point for using FOSS to monitor the OpenLDAP cluster. System and OpenLDAP application stats will be stored and displayed.

If time allows, we will also add alerts to the mix.

- Connections

- DB Stats

- Service stats
