Your user data, your actions and the results of your actions will be stored within the system. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data Information stored in the ConfTool system will exclusively be used in relation to this event or a subsequent event. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the organization of the event, for billing purposes or for legal reasons (e. g. in the case of an external audit), but it will not be distributed or sold to other parties for other purposes. Right to Information The ISC reserves the right to publish all submitted data. Congress participation By taking part in the congress I hereby confirm that pictures or videos that are taken of me by members of the International Student Congress can be used by the board of the ISC to promote future congresses, for example by uploading and sharing the content via Social Media and our homepage. I also confirm that the abstracts of active participants will be published in the abstract book which can be downloaded via our homepage. Picture or video content will not be passed forward to any other organization other than our sponsors and partner congresses.
