You want to offer different evening events at different dates to choose from for the participants.

You can add the evening events as events/items to the registration form.

It is advisable to include these in the registration form, even if they are included in the main conference registration fee, as this helps to plan these events and to order for instance only the required number of meals.

We recommend to create an Event/Item Group for the evening events, to separate them visually from the main registration option(s).

Please go to:
Overview => Settings => Manage Event/Item Groups
Create one event/item group here and call it for instance "Social Events"
The organization of events and items in groups helps arranging the options to select from on the registration form.

Then go to:
Overview => Settings => Manage Events and Items
and create the required evening events here.
You can add events which are free if you select "No fee" as Price Category.
