Building owners are asking hard questions about the invasive scope, infrastructure limitations, and stern economics of electrification projects. McKinstry has a strong history of integrating teams across a project life cycle to get innovative projects built and operating. Success for electrification has come when construction leaders, cost-estimating experts, facility operators, and utility partners star the design and development process together.

The panel has recent hands-on experience and will highlight critical pivots in planning that enable project implementation. Other key panel discussion topics will include electrical capacity limits, annual versus peak heating energy use, and consideration for hybrid gas/electric solutions.
