There are many ways to download files from ConfTool. If you have many files (e.g. PDF documents) that you want to download in one run and maybe even rename after a specific pattern, I recommend to use the Firefox extension "downThemAll".

And this is how it works:

1. Login to your ConfTool account.
2. Go to the according page, e.g. the list of all reviews assigned to you or the list of all submissions (if you are a chair).
3. Start "DownThemAll" from the "Tools" menu of your Firefox browser.
4. Select a filter for your download. For instance select "Documents" if you want to download all PDF files.
   Advanced example: If you want to download all files in their anonymized form from the chair overview list, open "Additonal filters" in downThemAll, enter Contribution*.pdf (see image below).
5. Select a directory of your choice.
6. Start the download.
