One of our participants wants to cancel the booking of the conference dinner only, and she already has paid via PayPal.
How can I refund the fee for the conference dinner and update the registration?

To reimburse the fee for single conference events please use your PayPal account.
PayPal allows full or partial refunds within 60 days of receiving a payment.
In the ConfTool system the refund should be recorded automatically within a couple of minutes.

To cancel the booking for the conference event please edit the participant’s registration and uncheck the previously selected event.
Then save the new registration and inform the participant about the update.
