Topic: Giving all reviewers access to the evaluations of their co-reviewers (Read 59552 times)

We would like to give our reviewers access to the reviews of their co-reviewers, i.e., the persons that review the same paper(s).
How can we do this?

If you want to give all reviewers access to the evaluations of their co-reviewers, you can enable this on the page "Main Settings for the Review Process".
Please go to:
Overview => Settings => Main Settings for the Review Process
... and scroll down to the option "Access to Reviews of Co-Reviewers? / Access of Reviewers to Online Forum?" (see image)

Here you can choose one of the following settings:

No
Yes, they can access the co-reviews. Other reviewers remain anonymous.
Yes, they can access the co-reviews. Reviewer names are shown.
Yes, they can access the co-reviews AFTER submitting their own review. Other reviewers remain anonymous.
Yes, they can access the co-reviews AFTER submitting their own review. Reviewer names are shown.
Access to co-reviews and forum AFTER own review submission. Other reviewers remain anonymous.
Access to co-reviews and forum AFTER own review submission. Reviewer names are shown.
